Enterprise In Action

Helping young people aged 12 – 15 to develop their understanding of key business and economic concepts is the central aim of Enterprise in Action.

This seven-part programme gives students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience of the highs and lows, risks and rewards of working in a team to make and promote a prototype product.

This programme also places strong emphasis on IT learning as students link to the Enterprise in Action website at the end of each session to record their company’s progress.

The tailor-made site also includes information and clues that are specific to their company, and which can be used to help the young people in the next session.
