We work with students from the age of 4 to 25+.

Our work enables young people to learn through practical experience and delivers enterprise skills in communication, teamwork and customer handling along with an increased understanding of the way businesses operate.

The future economic prospects of the region are dependent upon the ability of our young people to be enterprising and adapt to the dynamic needs of business.

We enlist the active support and input of local and national businesses. Our ethos is “Learning by Doing”.

We practice this by enlisting the support of volunteers who have relevant enterprise experience.

The first choice region for business and enterprise

In 2004/05 we worked with over 20,000 students and 800 volunteers.

Our aim is to continue growing as an organisation and to see the region become a first choice for business and enterprise.

We have a full time staff team of 15 supported by our board of directors who represent the region’s business sector.
